diamond order procedure
- Let us know your preferred method of payment and we will send you details.
- We will require at least a 30% deposit.
- Your deposit received your order will be confirmed, diamond(s) selected and manufacture of your item will begin.
- You will be advised near completion and invited to settle the balance before dispatch.
- Your item will then be dispatched by Royal Mail, special delivery guaranteed to arrive the day following dispatch.
- Your item will arrive with its certificate, insurance valuation document and in its luxury presentation casket.
- All correspondence by e-mail only.
- Unless otherwise stated lead time is within 30 working days excluding religious & bank holidays both in Belgium and the UK.
We cannot be held responsible for postal or airline strike actions or any reasons for delay beyond our control.
